We build the optimal TV strategy for your brand by helping you manage your TV budgets, and ensuring your KPIs are met.

Our philosophy is to consistently ask ‘where is the next best dollar spent across all of TV?’

Why you should launch TV with us

De-Risk your TV pilot

Without the right plan, TV can be daunting.

With our proven track record as the team behind several successful performance focused brand launches, you’ll be in good hands.

Save on Production

Production doesn’t need to blow up your marketing budget.

We’ve done this many times now, and have proven that we’re able to execute movie quality, high-performing TV commercials on an indie film budget.

note: we work on creative for about half of our brand partners

Reduce Overhead

With our platform partnerships, brands that work with Household are able to reduce media buying fees significantly.

Longer term TV media investment management costs significantly less through Household than through agencies or other managed service offerings.

FAQs

  • We think of TV launches in three phases:

    1. Creative Conception

    2. Filming and Editing

    3. Launch, Iterate and Scale

We can have you properly launched on TV within 8-12 weeks.

  • We work with brands in two ways.

    1. Full scale from script writing to TV ad management, and everything in between.

    2. Just TV strategy + media investment management, no production. You get the same attention, but we’re a coach on the sidelines for the production piece of the equation.

  • A proper TV pilot (where we recommend all brands start) consists of approximately $25k per week spread over 4 weeks.

Remember that there is an initial investment/measurement period for TV.

If the pilot metrics look promising, TV will generate massive halo affects for all marketing channels.

In most cases, it will take more time to learn, optimize and scale on TV than on Meta.

If the business isn’t in a cash position to exercise patience, then it may be best to wait to test TV.

  • The two biggest limiting factors to launching TV are:

    1. The cash position of the business, and the inventory to support the growth that TV provides. Also, TV carries a delayed effect. If TV is too big of a financial risk for the business, it’s likely worth waiting.

    2. Tested organic conversion funnels. You need to be sending traffic to a conversion funnel that you are confident in.

  • Different medium, different format.

TV has an entirely different story format than social media advertising.

To sum it up in a sentence, on social media your goal is to interrupt, and on TV your goal is to tell a clear, concise story.

  • Nope.

Testing TV takes a minimum of 3 weeks. Typically, if your brand is seasonally dependent on November and December, you’ll want to launch your pilot no later than the first week of October.

    The earlier the better.

  • No, we've structured deals with the platforms we buy on to ensure that everyone wins.

We are less costly than having media managed in house at an agency.
